Three of us, one 12kg Probat, and a lease that runs to 2029. We opened in 2019 selling to four cafés within a mile; the shop came later because people kept knocking on the roller door on Saturdays.
The arch is open Thursday to Saturday, 9 until 4. There is usually something on the brew bar.
